How can the solar panel mounting system resist high wind speed?

In order to be able to withstand high wind speeds, it is necessary to control the location, design, installation, and subsequent operation and maintenance of the solar panel mounting system.

1. Site selection: at present, household distributed pv power stations are mainly installed on pitched and flat roofs. The roof is required to have a certain load-bearing capacity, and the life span is longer than the design life of the solar mount. Do not install in dangerous places, try to avoid air outlets.

2. Design: improve the strength of the component. Reasonably choose the tilt angle of solar panel with better wind resistance. In addition, you can also consider designing a suitable wind deflector.

3. Installation: choose a firm support to install. Some companies use the small materials to lower cost but the solar system will be easy to be blown away.

4. Operation and maintenance: the building of the rooftop power station should be inspected regularly, check the strength of solar modules, solar mounting brackets, and the structure of the inverter room at any time.
