Hanger bolt is frequently used with L feet(L bracket) or stainless steel plate to combine with mounting rail. The Hanger Bolt for solar panel installation is coming with three flange nuts and one UV resistant EPDM washer, the EPDM washer will crate a weatherproof seal when pushing against the roof sheet.

Use of Hanger Bolt
Hanger Bolt normally combine with L feet or stainless steel plate to attach to solar mounting rail.The embedment length of hanger bolt is trapezoidal profile height/sandwich thickness plus 25mm.
It require pre-drilling for the substructures when the purlin or rafther is steel. We recommed diameter for the drilling is in below table:
